Position Summary
Responsible for serving as a results-oriented, subject matter expert to the leadership of a strategy or business unit to help ensure the achievement of the company’s strategies. Works with leadership to provide business transformation services to achieve long and short-term objectives. Works to provide business analysis and recommendations that help the business achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency on transformation initiatives. Supports cross-functional strategic initiatives and provides subject matter expertise and industry best practices related to business transformation, including but not limited to Strategy, Project Management, or other business outcomes. Facilitates the designs and assessment of work efforts to ensure alignment with business and customer objectives. Processes and synthesizes work outputs across multiple work streams/teams into executive updates, design/prioritization frameworks, and business recommendations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Serves as subject matter expert, individually motivated and operating with a sense of urgency and personal accountability
- Responsible to establish and maintain business relations with Office/Department customers through building relationships, providing strategic project prioritization, and delivering the value of IT services
- Serves as the strategic interface with assigned offices/departments facilitating business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, and relationship management
- Provides proactive education and communication of available technology, tools, solutions, and IT services
- Communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of IT staff regarding customer opportunities, requests, projects, and initiatives
- Facilitates the investment intake process and the high-level planning and execution of business initiatives through the use of technology
- Stimulates, surfaces, and shapes business demand to ensure that IT services are fully leveraged to bring value to the customer
- Operates as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities to customers
- Manages customer expectations with respect to IT services, identifying gaps between customer needs and IT capabilities, and working to find innovative solutions to those gaps
- Acts as an advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure IT services meet their business priorities and needs
- Facilitates regular partnership meetings that present data and trends; to include, the status of requests, opportunities, projects, IT Roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and other relevant discussion topics
- Partners with IT service lines to support the alignment of needs from business partners with available IT products and services
- Utilizes research and customer contacts to introduce technological solutions that are suited to the current and future needs of business partners
- Assists in documenting customer business needs and drafting recommendations using documented business cases
- Performs other related technology duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving resolution of project conflicts within the team
- Knowledge of project management financials
- PMP, Project+ or Scrum Certification
- ITIL or ITSM Knowledge and Training
- Other certification(s) relevant to specific process domains
