Position Summary


 Acts as catalyst supporting strategic planning and execution; driving cross-functional alignment, planning, and performance integration. Serves as a strategic partner to business units, translating executive direction into actionable plans and facilitating portfolio reviews. Supports strategic storytelling, tracks initiatives, flags risks, and bridges gaps between business units to enable connected execution and drive performance excellence

Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Track and monitor strategic initiatives, flagging risks and supporting strategic storytelling across the enterprise.
•    Bridge business units and facilitate portfolio reviews to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment.
•    Translate executive direction into actionable plans, ensuring clarity and connected execution.
•    Support annual and long-term planning, corporate performance management, and business intelligence activities.
•    Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.
•    Enable continuous improvement capability and foster collaboration across teams.
•    Prepare and present reports and recommendations to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Minimum Skills

Minimum Knowledge and Abilities

Mid-level experience in office management or project coordination
Knowledge of SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must have favorable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

•    Master’s degree
•    Project Management experience
•    Strong reporting accuracy, attention to detail, complex reading comprehension, active listening, social perceptiveness, speaking and writing abilities
•    Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, facilitation, and cross-functional alignment.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with emotional intelligence and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
•    Experience supporting business intelligence, performance management, and operational excellence initiatives.
•    Ability to track initiatives, flag risks, and support strategic storytelling.
•    Experience working in environments undergoing digital transformation and organizational change.
•    Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university or relevant work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.

Required Certifications

Working Environment

Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events.

Physical Demands

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
