Position Summary
Responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the company's mission and goals. Researches and analyzes industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest. Identifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation. Develops complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects. Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company's internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business. Provides business support to the business unit’s Senior Executive Leader. The Strategy Implementation Manager is responsible for the coordination of resources, activities, and information to drive the priorities and initiatives of the organization for effective decision making. This position will work directly with the business unit’s Executive Leadership Team in the drive towards operational excellence and strong organizational performance, including operational results, financial performance, and business analytics and analysis. The Strategy Implementation Manager will assist in the development and implementation of collaborative and constructive internal/external relationships to facilitate performance improvement. Responsible for strategy planning and implementation to align business operations with the company's mission and goals. Identifies and prioritizes process / service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation. Develops complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects. Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supports the business unit’s Executive Leadership Team by leading efforts to monitor the performance of the organization against key goals. Includes the design, implementation and ongoing management of critical performance reporting and delivery across the leadership team. Working with key departments across the organization ensures coordination and leadership participation in the regular process to develop key operational and financial plans.
- Provides support for the various company committees. Ensures information for all committees is prepared and is delivered to the appropriate organization within the documented and requested timeframes. Ensures compliance with Company programs by monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Provides support to the Executive Leadership Team in coordinating regular meetings and ensures that leadership attention and focus are on the most important areas for success. Performs business and customer analytics for the Executive Leadership Team in order to provide input into business strategies, goal setting and continuous improvement.
- Leads (or assists as needed) and executes special projects, initiatives, research and studies for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Effectively shares ideas, knowledge, or experience by means of mentoring, training, and other collaboration with team members at all levels.
- Establishes collaborative and strong relationships with operational leaders and decision makers throughout the organization and effectively represents the organization in varying assignments.
- Consults, influences and contributes to the development, management and implementation of departmental strategies and programs.
- Contributes to short- and long-term resource planning, annual budget development and review. Actively monitors department business plans and budgets to maintain milestones, latest estimates and develops projections as needed.
- Adapts to changing requirements of business area and develops new recommendations/solutions as needed.
- Coordinates and assists in facilitation of division strategic planning and the development of departmental goals and objectives, to include effective communication of issues and recommended strategies/tactics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a business field, such as MBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.
- Professional Certification, such as PHR/SPHR, SHRM -CP, CPA, CFA, PMP, Six Sigma/LEAN or other related certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and analysis verbally, in written format, and in presentation format for audiences at every level of the organization.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement.
