Position Summary

Drives digital adoption and innovation to accelerate strategy execution across the enterprise. Acts as a catalyst for business intelligence, data analytics, and operational excellence, enabling strategic clarity and informed decision-making. Partners with business units to implement digital platforms, build dashboards, and coach teams in digital-first practices, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in strategy execution.

Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Lead rollout and training of digital platforms and tools to support strategy execution.
•    Build and maintain dashboards and templates that enhance transparency and operational efficiency.
•    Coach teams in digital-first practices, evolving tools and processes based on user feedback.
•    Drive business intelligence and data analytics initiatives to inform strategic planning and performance management.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable horizontal and vertical alignment in planning and execution.
•    Support the integration of annual and long-term planning, corporate performance management, and continuous improvement activities.
•    Identify and implement process improvements that accelerate digital transformation and operational excellence.
•    Present findings, recommendations, and digital solutions to leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability

Minimum Skills

Minimum Knowledge and Abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to complete complex tasks and meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision
Initiative to work independently or as a member of a team, coordinating with others to achieve desired results
Strong analytical abilities & customer service skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, quantitative methods, information systems or related field from an accredited university
•    Demonstrated experience in digital enablement, business intelligence, and data analytics.
•    Strong technical proficiency in digital platforms, dashboard development, and automation tools.
•    Experience coaching teams in digital adoption.
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on user experience and continuous improvement.
•    Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.
•    Experience supporting strategy execution, operational excellence, and performance management in dynamic environments

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Information Systems or related field from an accredited university

Required Certifications

Working Environment

Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator. Ability to travel between business related events. Work hours may be extended.
