Position Summary
Responsible for Operations Collaboration Support – Cisco IP-based PBX device configuration management, CUCM system administration, Cisco UCS hardware support, software support, maintenance, security, troubleshooting. Responsible for solution design, development, integration and enhancements to meet the business needs and project requirements. Also, responsible for documenting and developing operational procedures and provides end user support.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monitor IP based voice performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Configure and install various telephony devices and services (e.g., phones, switches, gateways, video endpoints)
- Perform telephony maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the voice infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

- Associate level telephony certification (CCNA-Voice, CCNA-Collaboration)
- Relative experience in supporting utility construction & maintenance
