Position Summary

The Business Management Strategist serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership within Customer Operations, helping align business operations with organizational goals and priorities. Position Summary

Regulatory compliance activities currently operate within a highly matrixed organizational structure with personnel at the Business Unit (“BU”) level accountable for implementing effective compliance activities to meet CPS Energy’s regulatory compliance obligation requirements in a timely and legal manner. The group is made up of the NERC Reliability, ERCOT Protocol, Railroad Commission (RRC) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) corporate compliance teams.
